DLO20 Reconditioned Kugelfischer Injectors

Description

Each injector undergoes a thorough inspection and test process. Injectors are initially tested for Nozzle Opening Pressure (NOP) and spray pattern. Where performance falls outside specification, injectors are fully stripped for ultrasonic cleaning and component replacement as required.

Unlike typical rebuilds, Point85 is the only company to fit brand-new injector springs where necessary. It is common for original injectors to suffer reduced NOP due to spring fatigue, yielding, or internal breakage over time. By fitting new springs and precisely re-shimming each injector, we restore correct opening pressure and maintain consistent fuel delivery across the set.

After reassembly, every injector is:

-Checked and set to the correct NOP

-Tested for leak-down

-Verified for a clean, consistent spray pattern

Supplied with new copper washer.
