BMW 2002 Tii Kugelfischer Injection Pump Reconditioning

The mechanical fuel injection system in the BMW 2002tii relies on the precision of the Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection pump to deliver accurate fuel metering and maintain the car’s distinctive performance.

Our reconditioning service brings these complex pumps back to proper working condition. We dismantle, clean, and inspect every unit, replace seals and worn components where needed, and recalibrate the pump to restore accurate fuel delivery and smooth operation.

• Complete strip and thorough cleaning (including aquablasting and zinc plating with gold passivate where appropriate)

• Reassembly with new seals, bearings, and gaskets
